Description
Brothers Ron and Russell Mael released their debut album as Sparks in 1971 although it was the release of their 1974 album "Kimono My House" that proved to be their real breakthrough spawning the single "This Town Ain't Big Enough For Both of Us". They secured a second hit in 1979 with "The Number One Song in Heaven".

Sparks have gone on to be one of the most iconic asnd pioneering bands of the music scene constantly changing their style and sound.

"The Seduction of Ingmar Bergman" is a 2009 release which had been commissioned by Swedish public radio. This re-issue has been remastered and pressed on heavyweight vinyl. It includes a special 12-page booklet and exclusive liner notes by Ron Mael.
